I am very religious and most every post will have a lot of talk about religion. That is how my healing has happened and will continue to happen. I am able to get up each morning and move forward because of the hope that Jesus Christ, my Savior, has given me.

Can it get any worse?
You know you are in for a day and a half when 2 kids are in your bed by 5:30am. I would have thought by now that they would figured out that it was summer. And within 20 mins. my point was proven. Branden came in and said, "Get up. There are ants all over the kitchen." Those are words that you don't want to her at 5:50 in the morning on a Monday. I just cont. to lay there in hopes that when I got up I would of found out that I had just had a nightmare. It wasn't a nightmare it was a morningmare. There were ants. One of our favorite treats during the summer is Otter Pops. Well the kids sometimes don't get the wrappers in the garbage. Really how do ants smell/sense that. I am sure the science world has figured that out, but really should they be able to do that? The rest of day went fine until around 3:30. I decided I had better start making bread. I needed to get the flour out of our deep freezer in the garage. When I opened it up I noticed that there was no ice on the walls or the lid and it just wasn't that cold. Well, back to the Otter Pops. We had kept the boxes out there for a while because the inside freezer was a little full. So the kids would go get them, well at some point one of the kids tripped over the cord and unplugged the freezer. In their defense they didn't know that that could happen. Needless to say the bottom stuff was still frozen, but the meat on the top was not. It was cold and so I have spent the rest of the afternoon cooking. (Branden and I had kept saying that we really needed to clean out the freezer, but just kept putting it off. Here is the lesson to be learned, if you think you need to get something done, do it. Life has a way of making you do it.) Mind you that I had to finish the mixing the bread dough, but had to let it rise. So the bread had almost risen to the ceiling before I could get back to it. But you would think that would be enough, no I decided I needed to be in pain also. I hurt my thumb in the freezer, really don't know how I accomplished that, but I did. I then found the sewing needle in the carpet (didn't know I needed to look for one). Well the side of my foot did. So I had to stop to put a band-aid on it. Not because I am a wimp, but because I didn't need to clean anymore blood. Among the meat that had to be cleaned were some steaks. Branden was a a side job and so I got to light the grill. I really don't do that. We have a charcoal grill. The first go around didn't take, so I started the process over and put the lid down and threw in the match. Bad idea. For those who do do charcoal grilling I think you know what happened next. I am still alive and nothing burned down. These are the days I am glad that I wear capris or pants all the time. I was on the cell phone with my mom and she thought I had died. The scream I let out was a scream you let out right before you die. Fire came out from everywhere and there was a boom. Branden also told me that should not of used so many charcoals. Who knew? Needless to say bedtime could not come soon enough.
