End of the School Year

I am only about 2 weeks behind with this one. It is the end of another school year. While I am sure within a month I will be ready for school to start again I am glad to get a break. Having one more child in school made it so much busier. The last day was a great day. I made the kids look good so I could take pictures. Normally I don't make Adriana do her hair, but I was mean and wanted pictures. Carsen had kindergarten graduation so he had to look really cute for all sorts of pictures. When we got there the part of the decorations said "Class of 2021." The thought of my baby boy graduating from kindergarten was hard, but to see that and realize how fast it will go was heartbreaking. They sang some cute songs and were just cute. The kids had awesome teachers this year. Carsen loves school thanks in large part to the best kindergarten teacher ever. Mrs. Smallwood is a top notch teacher. I am just hoping that she will still be teaching when it is Emmy's turn for school. Adriana's teacher is also a phenomenal teacher and helped Adriana do great things. She is a great person and does a great job teaching. You know they have good teachers when they really didn't want the year to be over. That night Carsen wanted to start his summer homework. (The homework is really not much, just keeping a journal and keeping up on what he learned.) Thank you to all the teachers that do such a great job for crappy pay. This mom is very appreciative. His picture isn't very good, but he is cute no matter what the picture quality is.
