Carsen has officially started soccer. And of course we have had a really dry past couple of months so why wouldn't the rains return on his first game. Nature really is against me. It knows the 2 things I hate are being in the rain and the wind. I love to watch the rain from inside, but I don't like to be all wet. Oh well, the things we do for our kids and pictures. He of course seems to be a natural at soccer too. I have to say he got his talent from his dad, while I can get by if everyone doesn't know how to play I couldn't even play with these kids (unless I scared them all or made them cry). The outfits are bright orange. Branden says he can just take him from there and they can go hunting.
I don't think there was an official score, but this mom was keeping score and well I won't reveal the score, but HE WON!!!!!!!

This is just at halftime. He is just a little muddy.

This is the aftermath of playing in the mud. I am so glad we don't have to still wash things on washboards. We took him home and had him start stripping (cool parents, huh we encourage stripping) and Branden sprayed off each bit of clothing one at a time. Poor kid was pretty cold. We made him go take a hot shower. I think I should have too. I am the one with the sniffles this week he is fine. Which I would rather have them then him.
