Life as I know it

It has almost been a moth since I really have thought about blogging. And really I can't come up with a lot to write about. Spring break was uneventful, but good. We went to the Tucson Zoo on Tues. and then to the park right next door to it and saw some friends from Safford. The kids got to play with them. They did get to go play with friends one day, but the week overall made me realize how important a schedule will be for summer. When your kids are in school you forget how quickly they can become bored. So with about a month left I have started on getting the schedule down. Branden is working tons. I have to remind myself that it is only for a time and this job is such a blessing. The kids are wish he was here more, but I tell them this is only for a short time while he is working in Morenci. Our little bit of land is coming along. We have had to put things on hold until Branden has more time. I have started planting squash, strawberries and onions. We now have rabbits and hopefully by the end of next month 2 more puppies will be gone. They are sold, but they want us to hold on to them for a little bit. Today one of my worst nightmares happened. A scorpion was in my house. A little one that I took a picture of and then killed with my shoe. It did put up a fight and tried to sting my shoe, but I won and then I feed it to our chickens. I normally have low blood pressure, but I am pretty sure my blood pressure shot up higher then it has ever been (woman higher then that wonderful doctor's visit we are suppose to have each year.) Needless to say I get the hebe jebes just thinking about it. Yucky!!!!!!!! Well I have to make our bed now so there is a glimpse into my exciting life.
