Our Weekend

Most people do family fun things for Memorial Day weekend, but we did other things. We were together as a family, just doing things that needed to be done. On Sat. we took met the owners of one of our puppies in Globe. That puppy is going to be super happy. After we got home we dug holes to put posts in for the gate for a pasture. We used a backhoe so for the weekend we had 8 grave looking holes at the side of our house. I should of taken a picture, but well I didn't. If it was October we would of had a lot of fun with it. On Mon. we put cement in them and then filled them in. We put up the wire and ta-duh we have a fence. We still need to put up the gate, then Sweet Cream our goat can wonder free. We then will get her a "friend". We are contemplating if we should try to start digging a well. People have told us that if you want a well you dig it yourself. I'm a little nervous at the thought, but we need water in mass quantities, so we'll see. We are having fun with this land and are working to make it even better.
