Spring Break

Spring break has come and gone and I can't say that I got the rest I needed. Mon. was Emmy's birthday. On Tues. I finished cleaning the house (some days it would be nice to have a maid). When I got done we headed for Grandma and Aunt Shell's. We finally got off about 1. It normally is about a 2hr and 45min. drive, but when you have construction in the canyon well just add a lot more time on. While we were sitting and waiting Adriana and I cleaned the dashboard in the van. It really needed it. It looks pretty dang good. Can't say the rest looks that good. When we got there we did another little birthday party for Emmy. On Wed. we went to the Mesa museum and did somethings in town. Thurs. we had a picnic and played at the park. That evening Branden traveled down and went over to his aunt and uncle's house. The kids got to play with their cousins Hunter and Christopher. Fri. they had a blast with their Aunt Shell for the majority of the day. Branden and I had a funeral to attend and memorial service. They had a blast at Freestone Park where Grandma and Branden and I met up with them. I always climbed trees when I was little and it didn't bother me at all, but my kids doing it terrified me. I had to turn my back a couple of times. Friday night we went back over to Aunt Jan and Uncle Jack's where the kids got to play with their cousins and feed the horses. They have 6. The kids love going over there. On Sat. Branden and Carsen went and hung out with Branden's dad and cousin Chase at Bass Pro Shop. The rest of us had a girls day and went to lunch and did some shopping. That evening we went over to the Queen Creek Equestrian Center to see Aunt Jan. She runs the barrel racing for the state and they were having a barrel racing rodeo last weekend. The kids loved to get to see all the horses that were there. They are learning how to deal with them. Overall the week was a lot of fun and busy.

I should of posted this awhile ago, but like most things put it off. And then our computer crashed. And like most things I had put off backing it up. I have a few pictures, but a lot were lost. Luckily I have this and had sent some to family. Yeah for families. I am now trying to remember the code or our wireless. Me trying to remember anything is a joke. I usually have to go through all 3 children and the dogs names before I get the right one. The joys of ageing and having children. Both of which are wort the sacrifices. I have gained far more then I have lost. I will post the pictures when I figure out that code. (I can't even find that box to get the factory settings. AAAAHHHHH!!!!)
