Three Year Olds

So, Branden had Emmy with him out at the preserve. Well, Emmy picked up an acorn and said, "Look dad, it's a squirrel nut." Branden told her (trying not to laugh, because you don't laugh without permission) that it was an acorn. She responded with, "no, it's a squirrel nut." Over the past 3 years of getting to know Emmy (well she is actually 3 1/2) we have learned that there are some things you just don't argue about with her. We pick our battles and to Branden this was not one to argue over. So, just to let the world know (because heaven knows Emmy will take on the world) they are not acorns but squirrel nuts.
