My Stance

I read an article a few days ago that really bothered me and so I want to counter it with my testimony of the importance of human identity. I don't just believe, I know that my Father in Heaven created each and every one of us. He created us male and female. He does not make mistakes. Those born a woman or a man where meant to be born a woman or a man. There is a difference between the sexes and we should embrace them instead of try to "overcome" them. We should teach our children that our Heavenly Father created them to be what they are. He loves each of us. He needs His sons to be men and treat His daughters as princesses. He needs his daughters to feminine and encourage His sons to be good gentlemen. He does not intend us to come to earth and tell Him we know better about who we should be. I am proud to be a woman just as proud as I am of my daughter Adriana, my son Carsen, and my daughter Emmy. I am trying to raise my daughters to be feminine ladies and raising my son to be a tough gentleman. My view is becoming the minority and is called "close minded." I do not dislike or begrudge someone with another point of view, but just as they are entitled to their opinion, I am entitled to mine. I just want the world to know where I stand and where I teach my children to stand.

I read the article I'm sure you're talking about and was horrified. The way the world thinks is so wrong. Thanks for your post. I think there really are many who think like us but are afraid to speak up because they might offend others. I say if the "others" are offended maybe they need to rethink their thinking!!
